When Longhorn founder, Ken Sewell, started the company in 1999, he realized an opportunity existed in the moving services market. Customers wanted a company they could trust and one who viewed them as a person, not just a job. Over 25 years later, Ken is still running the company and his principles still guide our mission every day. How Is A Moving Company Linked To Space?
While we do offer long-distance moves, space is a little outside of our service area. But we did play a role in the Hubble Telescope transport back in the 1980’s. Longhorn founder, Ken Sewell, was contracted to transport the guiding wings of the Hubble to Cape Canaveral where it was assembled and eventually launched.
